He is a chartered financial auditor (CFA) since 2005. He holds a masters in business
administration (finance major) from the American University and Bachelors of
Science from the American University in Beirut.
He holds practical experience of 13 years in the field of investment banking
services, asset management and capital markets. He is currently responsible for
management of a portfolio of private assets worth 600 million dollars, which
requires a proactive management, with concentration on the creation and
promotion of value and guarantee of transaction in assets. He is also a member of
the board of directors of a number of regional and international companies in the
real estate, insurance, food, industrial sectors and financial services sectors. During
his career, he participated in a number of banking investment transactions of value
amounting to approximately 700 million dollars, such as financial consultancies
assessments, merger and acquisition processes, increase of capital, issuing of bonds,
financial restructuring and listing processes.
4. Mr. Mohamed Khaled Othman Al Othman (member of the board
of directors)
He holds a certificate in business administration major from the Australian College
in Kuwait. He holds many specialized courses in the real estate field, including real
estate valuation- theoretical methods and practical applications, effective sales tools
and techniques from real estate perspectives, as well as courses in real estate
marketing and real estate management, in addition to other certificates from
different international institutes.
Mr. Mohamed Al Othman currently holds the post of marketing manger for Al
Hamra Project in Al Hamra Real Estate Project. Further, he holds the post of member
of the board of directors of Al Hamra Cinema Company.
Al Othman acquired several real estate experiences in the marketing and analysis
field in the various real estate sectors during his work in Al Jal Real estate Services,
Ajial Real Estate Entertainment Company and Al Hamra Real Estate Company.
